Solution One: TM Complete Solution

Simple, effective response solution. Use our complete system: our systems, our mentors, our training.
• Inquirers send mail to a TM email address and receive responses from TM.
• TM provides the mentors
• TM manages responses, monitoring, and quality control.
• TM will provide a basic monthly report on the numbers of emails originating from your website.
• Because the messages are then merged into the flow of our message processing without further distinction, we cannot supply additional reports.
• However, we do promise that your messages will receive the timely, caring responses as all of our inquiries.
• If you have volunteers who would like to become involved with our mentoring ministry they can apply to become TM mentors.
• If you need more extensive reporting on the kinds of inquiries and responses, you should consider Solution Two.

Solution Two: TM Branded Solution

TM provides the system, mentors, training. You supply the organizational identity and branding.
• Our experts work with you to set up a branded approach in which emails are sent to your ministry and are responded to as if from your ministry.
• TM provides the mentors.
• All mentors will have basic TM mentor training. In addition, mentors assigned by TM to answer your emails can receive specific training elements designed by your organization.
• TM manages responses, monitoring, and quality control.
• You will receive full reports on numbers of emails and responses along with other data about the kinds of inquiries that will help you target your ministry messages more accurately.
*This level will cost more because TM is doing all the work of the first solution and, additionally, maintaining the processing distinctions required to achieve the organizational branding and reporting.

Solution Three: Independent Solution

TM provides the system. You recruit and train the mentors and brand all communications back and forth. TM will provide monthly reports on mail flows but all monitoring of the quality of responses and similar details are the responsibility of your organization. The fee from TM for this solution is relatively lower because we provide only the mail routing solution. You provide everything else. This is for a mature organization that has strong internal capability to recruit and train people for effective Internet ministry.
