This agreement is made by ______________________________ (“Owner”) on ____________________ 

with the TruthMedia Network, a division of Campus Crusade for Christ Canada (“Publisher”), 

concerning the creative work known as _____________________________________________ (“Article”).

Whereas Owner and Publisher mutually desire to have Article published/republished by Publisher,

Owner grants a multiple use permission for Publisher to use the described Article in varying formats,

editions, adaptations and foreign-language translations, on or by any and all publications/websites that

are part of the TruthMedia Network and/or with whom TruthMedia has a valid content syndication

agreement, with Owner’s further pre-publication approval not required for any changes, adaptations,

translations or republishing.

Owner attests to being either the copyright owner or the legally authorized agent of the copyright owner

of Article, and being legally able to grant and assign such rights, and that Article does not infringe any

copyright or proprietary right of any other person.
 

Publisher and Owner agree that this agreement is only a licence to publish/republish Article, and does

not assign or transfer copyright or any other rights.
 

Publisher agrees to include the copyright information designated by Owner in all versions, editions,

adaptations or translations of Article.
 

Publisher and Owner agree that this licence is for an indefinite period of time, and even if revoked allows

continued publication in website archives for an indefinite period of time for technical reasons.
 

Owner agrees that Publisher is released from any pre-publication approval conditions if Owner does not

keep Publisher updated with current contact information and Publisher is unable to contact Owner after

making good-faith attempts. 

Publisher and Owner agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia,

Canada, and that resolution of any apparently irreconcilable difference will be via arbitration.

I understand the terms of this agreement, and hereby grant Publisher a licence to publish/republish
