Sample Form

This post contains a sample form created and managed with the FormBuilder. Yes, we’re actually running the plugin right here on this blog!

This is a sample comments area on the form builder. Each field on the form is created with CSS compatibility in mind, meaning that the look and feel of each field can be modified according to your tastes.

You should have noticed, that as you filled out the form, if you missed entering required data in the appropriate fields, the form automatically displayed error messages indicating how you should proceed.

Now, on submitting the form, the system will create an email addressed to the recipient specified in the form control details and once the email is sent, will display the message that the form has been configured to display.
