Who Can Use TMC?

TMC can be scaled to fit any client from a small church to a large ministry organization. For example, if a church wanted to start a mentoring program TMC could allow them to get involved in mentoring today, and incubate their mentoring ministry until it was ready to stand alone. The process could look something like this:
