Form Setup

The Mentor Center is currently setup to receive form submissions via email.

Using an form > email script like FormBuilder for WordPress will allow you to create an email from a form submission with key fields that allow TMC to route emails to the best mentor. Please set the script to send an email FROM the person filling out the form TO forms AT truthmedia DOT com.

Using the following  format in a text email will ensure routing happens as desired.

NAME: Visitor Name

EMAIL: email@somewhere.com

QUESTION: Visitor’s comments here.
Can span multiple lines

DOMAIN: yourdomain.com

The capitalization of the field names and : <space> are important for the parsing of the email by TMC.
