The Mentor Center is an easy to use software platform that will consistently match the right mentors and seekers. This software will have the unique capability to quickly match seekers to mentors using profiling functions so messages are sent to the most qualified mentor available. Mentors can select the types of requests they feel comfortable answering. Most mentor matches will be same-gender.

Previous mentoring systems required a great deal of ongoing technical support to run smoothly. TMC will eliminate the need for a dedicated technician, running with minimal maintenance.

TMC is directed towards connecting with people in their areas of felt need, equipping and empowering them and helping them take the next steps in their spiritual journey. Each mentor is placed into a community lead by a Community Leader. Community Leaders have the resources to equip, train and coach the mentors under them. A simple interface lets Community Leaders see the health of their community at a glance, quickly letting them know if a mentor needs some extra coaching.

TMC will be coupled with quality online learning that will effectively train mentors. Resources can be added to specialize the training as required. Online learning enables TruthMedia to train hundreds of people more effectively than the ministry was able to do previously.
