This site is part of the ministry of Power to Change. We seek to use the Internet as a means to “win” people to Christ, “build” people in their faith, and “send” out those that would assist in “winning”.
Pastoral Reference
Because of the nature of working on the internet, we seek a pastoral reference for all of our volunteers. Please carefully fill out this form and submit it to us. We deeply value your input and assistance in this matter.
Volunteer Positions
1) Email Mentoring. Through our sites, we get many emails written to us each day. To handle that volume, we have trained volunteers that correspond with each user, under the supervision of our staff.
2) Small Group Leadership – this involves being trained to work in the chat room(s) as a leader or co-leader for our online discussion and Bible Study groups, of which we have approximately 15 chatters per group/per sesssion.

> Daily devotionals: Power to Change offers daily devotionals to both men and women in an interactive blog format. Devotionals are short, inspiring messages that come as emails every day.
> Bi-weekly newsletters: Power to Change newsletters feature the newest content on the site. Our newsletters is available in HTML and plain-text, readable in all major browsers. We offer newsletters from our Discover (general audience) and Experience (Christian) areas.
> Social media: Power to Change understands how social media is a large part of networking with audiences. In order to connect with our visitors, we use Facebook and Twitter and offer these networking tools as a way for our audience to interact and share our content. The focus on social media will continue to grow in the future as our sites become more integrated with popular social networking applications.
