Content Development Team
Claire C., Senior Editor
As Senior Editor Claire gets to play with words all day which makes her very happy. In addition to editing much of the content on powertochange.com, Claire is also a frequent contributor of content.
Darren H., Web Editor
Darren is an associate staff member whose focus is on the men’s sites and the blog community.
Dorothy B., Devotional Coordinator
Dorothy helps the team with writing, editing and co-ordinating our daily devotionals.
Barb K., Resource Development
Barb develops the schedule and curriculum for the chat rooms, and researches books and articles to use as resources across the sites. She also serves as an advisor, lending a wise eye and a fresh perspective to the content and layout of each site.
Site Management
Warren H., Administrative Operations/Multi-Language Sites
Warren is responsible for tracking statistics for all TM sites. He acts as coordinator for the foreign language development of Power to Change. Other duties include reviewing monthly finances, and being directly involved in chat, bible studies, and mentoring.
Serena W., Director, Chinese Women Today
Serena serves as the director of the China ministry for the Chinese Women Today website. She oversees the editorial content and translation of this bi-lingual site while managing a diverse team of 40 committed volunteers.
Carol D., French site Editor
Carol oversees our French sites: femmesaujourdhui.com and chretiennes.com. She is responsible for the content, works with the translators, manages the team of French mentors, and builds each issue.
Developer Team
Sheldon K., Technical Director
Sheldon works with ministry leadership on strategy and works with the design, developer and content teams to make sure the strategy is implemented.
James W., Programming Team Leader
James’ position involves working on the back-end scripting of our websites, often taking the designs provided by our designers and making them a reality on the site for which they were created.
Chris C., Programmer
Chris works as a web application developer. He is involved in the design, coding and maintaining of a number of key systems.
Jeremy M., Programmer
Jeremy is our newest technical team member. He is responsible for The Mentor Center as well as being a major part of coding powertochange.com.
Design
Luke S., Designer
Luke is the graphic designer for TruthMedia and works to design and develop the graphic elements used in website and print design.
Interactive Team
Doris B., Interactive Director
Doris serves as the Director for the Interactive ministry of TruthMedia. She empowers staff and volunteers to have a ministry of evangelism and discipleship. These communities are developed through chat, online mentoring, blogs and Discussion Boards.
Terri K., Mentoring Coordinator
Terri is the administrator for the 700 plus mentors in The Mentor Center. She ministers to the community leaders so they can minister to the mentors.
Len N., Senior Online Mentor
Len is one our senior mentors and interactive Bible study coach. He also helps to track references for new mentor applications.
Wes B., Director, Military Lives
Wes directs our Military Lives website as well as leads prayer for it and other moderated chats.
Kim K., Mentor Coordinator Assistant
Kim is a mentor and community leader, and also coordinates resources for the students taking mentor training.
