Welcome! We hope that you continue to find these helpful in planning which moderated chats you wish to attend each week and that the chats are an encouragement to you. Come and join us in Women’s Chat and The Life chat. All times are Eastern.
Are you getting impatient with your life? We can help.
Jesus Christ has one hundred names or more in the bible. Each of us probably have our favourites, which probably reflects what is happening in our life at the moment. Join us for the first in a series of eight chats of the “Portraits of Christ” on Sundays at 9:00 pm in The Life chat room. This week begins the series with an Introduction.

We can usually pull ourselves together and put on our ‘Sunday faces’ and go off to church, but what happens on a Monday morning when the rubber hits the road at work, school, the office? The Christian walk is not a ‘one day of the week walk’ but a day by day walk to become more and more like Jesus.

Portraits of the Christ: Introduction (Room: TheLife)
June 3 9:00 pm
My photographer friends enjoy doing photo shoots for high school seniors. One meets the senior at an attractive area in town, and captures the student in several different poses. Perhaps one portrait is of the student relaxing against a tree, and another relates to a favorite hobby. There may be a pensive shot with the student overlooking the bridge railing into the river, and another captures a far-away gaze into the clouds. Parents have difficulty in choosing a favorite because each portrays a different facet of their child’s life and personality.
