Preparing for Christmas
The November stats are now available.
During these past few weeks, staff in our department have been preparing for the holidays. Their preparations are quite different than gift buying and decorating. They are busy co-ordinating staff and volunteers who will be there for those who are hurting and alone over the holidays. TruthMedia prepares for a 24/7 watch of our systems and emails. Christmas is a time when our volume decreases, but the intensity of the issues that come to us is highly increased. People are hurting and needing to talk. So, on Christmas Day, while turkeys are cooking, someone will be checking the emails and systems to be there for those who are facing their darkest moments. Please pray for divine appointments.
