TMC is Up and Waiting for You!
Today is the day that we say good-bye to ARC and hello TMC!
The switch to the new Mentor Center software has now been flipped!
As of right now, do not use ARC to respond to any further emails. We are now in The Mentor Center, which can still be accessed through http://arc.truthmedia.com where there is also training for this new software. Feel free to bookmark the real login page.
We have worked hard to provide a smooth transition and multiple resources for you to access as you learn how to respond to our visitors in The Mentor Center. These resources can be accessed by clicking on ‘Help’ on the left side of the TMC screen.
In order to make this transition easier for you, your username will remain the same as it was in ARC. However, for your initial login your password is case sensitive:
Password: MentorCenter
Once you have logged in, please choose a new password and set a secret question which is outlined clearly in the Power Point in the ‘Help’ section. Please take the time to read through the Power Point carefully so that you will be aware of what each screen means.
We have endeavored to anticipate a smooth transition into The Mentor Center but both your patience and grace would be much appreciated in the coming days.

Yes, TMC looks much better, especially the history of e-mails.
Being a melancholy temperament, I do have to bring up a negative. I was really hoping it would accept bolding, Italicizing and underlining formats, but it doesn’t seem to. I regularly use such formatting to emphasize certain text. But I guess I’ll still have to use allcaps and tell them I’m not shouting when I do.
Question: I just sent a reply in TMC today. The contact’s text is displayed in the text box, almost to the top. Not knowing what to do for sure, I pasted the text I typed from my word processor at the very top of the text box, i.e. on top of their text. Will that display correctly on their computer?

Glad you like the new look Stan! and thanks for posting. We had hoped to offer Bold/Italics and it is on the list, so hopefully in an upcoming version you will have that as offered as options as you respond to the visitors.
AS for your reply, that is exactly where it was supposed to go! Just like you would answer an email in your Inbox, right on top! Well Done!
