Hello,

I'm having a few problems with your plugin. I'm using v.0.58 with Wordpress 2.5.1. I downloaded / activated the plugin; but on the 'form management' page I don't see anything. I also have the following plugins:
*Admin Drop Down Menu 2.5
(http://planetozh.com/blog/my-projects/wordpress-admin-menu-drop-down-css/)

*Dean's FCK Editor 2.4.1
(http://www.deanlee.cn/wordpress/fckeditor-for-wordpress-plugin/)

*Events Calendar 6.0.1.2
(http://www.lukehowell.com/events-calendar/)

*Role Manager 2.2.2
(http://www.im-web-gefunden.de/wordpress-plugins/role-manager/)

*WP-Polls / WP-Polls Widget 2.30
(http://lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming.php)

I hope this info can be helpful.

Great work! I'd love to see a default form or two already provided. mostly I use a contact me form with name, email, and message as a default. I don't enjoy recreating it for each blog I create. Would be nice to have at least that as a pre-made form.
