    Hi,
It’s hard to be the first, especially since I don’t write that often. But I think this is a great idea. Maybe I’ll even write more. It’s great to have the opportunity to get our thoughts out there!

Hi Agree Ev! It is hard to be the first person posting on a blog thread but maybe if we start, others will join us! I am looking forward to hearing from all you authors out there. I am like Ev, don’t write that much but have lots of ideas of what I would like to write…I will look forward to reading your posts!

    Ev & Doris,

Thanks for taking the time to comment! We’re hoping that this blog will provide a way for authors and the editorial team to connect, resulting in great content for our readers to read.

If you’re reading this and haven’t commented yet, I invite you to just say “hi” and introduce yourself. The potential for this community of writers is huge. I look forward to getting to know you better.

    Hi there, everyone!

“Lots of ideas,” I can identify with that, Doris! I’ve finally started a list of those scattered ideas, and put them in a folder. As I think about it, I wonder if that folder is much like the quilter’s fabric stash. Even if we don’t use each piece in the stash, it gives ideas for some creative projects. (Oh, to have unlimited time to create! Wouldn’t you love to live without a clock for a week?)

I’m thankful for those friends who encourage me, now and then, to pull out an item from “my stash,” to clear a few minutes or an hour, and to either pull out the keyboard or pen and paper!

I’m looking forward to seeing others join us on the blog!

    Winsome
